We finally have internet at the house! Wahoo! Now it really feels like home. 😉
It is half term for us this week, and we have friends (whose “Friends with Recipes” post I will be posting tomorrow) staying with us for a few nights. I can’t wait! I will be sticking with some easy favourites while they are in town, and will be trying (what I hope will be) a yummy, comfort food meal later in the week. (My dad grew up in Cincinnati, and I’m hoping this week’s chili mac & cheese recipe will be similar to the “five way chili” he grew up with.) We’ll also be starting the week with some Mexican comfort food simply because cold weather makes me crave comfort food, and it is SO cold out these days!
