Meal Plan #54

I started writing this post a few hours ago and then go completely side tracked when my intro turned into its own blog post! Anyway, now that that is done, here is the plan for the week.

Monday:
Stuffed Peppers
(recipe coming soon from our German au pair!)

Tuesday:
Salmon with Sweet Potato and Spinach
(a staple in our family that I will try to share soon)

Wednesday: 
Korean BBQ Lentils
(Hungermama recipe)

Thursday:
Gnocchi

Friday:
Pizza!
(I’ll be attempting sourdough crusts this week! Anyone have tips?)

    Oh the spinach, salmon, and sweet potato sounds good. I just got my groceries delivered and I have all of that at the ready.

    I made the Korean BBQ lentils last night and everyone absolutely loved it. So simple and completely delicious – will definitely become a regular dish! Thank you
