Meal Plan #66

After a completely luxurious two weeks of vacation, we are finally back home and about to jump back into a more normal schedule. Charlotte starts school this week and Peter starts his new “big boy” school next week! It is still pretty hot in London, but after sweating constantly for the last two-and-a-half weeks, we are definitely feeling ready for some cooler weather and cosy comfort foods. In fact, I’m so much looking forward to cosy foods that I’ve decided to try out some slow cooker meals this week! If they are decent I will be sure to share them with you.

Speaking of, does anyone else have difficulty finding recipes for the slow cooker that aren’t just hunks of meat? I would love you forever if you could share your favourite non-hunk-of-meat slow cooker meals in the comments!!

 

Monday:
Bank Holiday
(I was performing at a festival and Jason took the kids out.)

Tuesday:
Lentils and Veg in Peanut Sauce
(We need a veggie punch after our long holiday!)

Wednesday:
Slow Cooker Manicotti

Thursday:
Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers

Friday:
Pizza
