Weekly Meal Plan #2

I’m starting this week with one of my favourite recipes: quinoa patties! My kids love these and they make delicious leftovers as well. We’ve got a quick meal on Wednesday and, of course, Pizza Friday (mmm . . . ).

The meals on Tuesday and Thursday are a fun treat I am being sent from Marley Spoon! Have you tried them before? They send you pre-measured ingredients for a recipe of your choosing. I always enjoy finding my own recipes, but I’m looking forward to mixing things up a bit!

I’d love to know what you all are cooking this week! Any great recipes to recommend?

Monday:
Sweet Potato and Kale Quinoa Patties

Tuesday:
Mushroom and Spinach Lasagna

Wednesday:
Pre-made Falafel with Pita Bread
(I’ll post pictures of this quick meal)

Thursday:
Italian Vegetable Soup

Friday:
Pizza!
