Hi, my name is Dani Mosley from @family_feasts. I am delighted to be kicking off the Hungermama summer takeover! I am a passionate home-cook and family recipe developer. I never stop thinking about what I’m going to cook my gorgeous kids next!
Like many of us, I also work 4 days a week so have to plan ahead and have a stash of recipes up my sleeve. I have recently started posting recipes on Instagram to help inspire other families. Below is what I am planning to feed my family this week. They are all my own recipes and designed to be simple, nutritious, healthy & very tasty. I hope you enjoy them if you try them.
Roasted tomato, garlic & basil sauce with pappardelle
Chicken puttanesca tray-bake with steamed broccoli
Thai-style steamed salmon with basmati rice & pak choi
Pea, feta, mint & spring onion frittata with salad
Chorizo, prawn & butterbean stew with toasted sourdough
