Korean BBQ Lentils

Who knew that lentils make an easy, cheap, and delicious alternative to beef? I sure didn’t. Not until I tried this brilliant recipe that is sure to satisfy vegetarians and meat eaters alike.

PS: This is enough for two medium adult and two children’s servings. I would definitely double this if you’re hungry!
