I am having such a lovely time visiting friends and family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I’ve already eaten my weight in Mexican food, and had some delicious Pacific king salmon last night. It is good to be home!
Jason is a much better (and more ambitious) cook than I am, so I know my little family is eating well while I’m away. Jason said he would be happy to post his meal plan for the week, and perhaps even share a few recipes with us! You’re most definitely in for a treat! I’m especially hoping he’ll share Friday’s recipe. He threw this one together on a whim a few weeks ago and I could have eaten the entire pan full on my own. It was so so good!
