Meal Plan #75

This week I turn thirty-seven-years-old. I have always looked forward to getting older, so I’m quite pleased to be so close to forty! Funny though, no matter how old I get, I still feel like an imposter adult pretending to be old enough to have kids and live in my own house . . .

It is a busy week with my birthday, Jason doing a bit of traveling, house guests, events, and lots of work to catch up on. I’ve kept things fairly easy this week (and scheduled a meal out for my birthday!) but I had to include a new recipe to accommodate our left over turkey from our Thanksgiving celebration last weekend! Hopefully it will turn out so I can post the recipe for you.

Monday:
Turkey Broccoli Casserole
(I’m trying an updated version that doesn’t use tinned soup!)

Tuesday:
Out to Dinner
(my birthday is actually Wednesday, but we’re celebrating Tuesday)

Wednesday:
Pieminister Pies and Salad
(Not an ad. I just like their pies for an easy, yummy meal!)

Thursday:
Portobello Mushroom Fajitas

Friday:
Pizza
