If you’re a wonderpot (or “hungerpot” as I like to call them!) novice, there isn’t much to know. You just throw everything in a pot and cook it all together at the same time and that’s that! As far as I can tell, this recipe was adapted by Apron Strings from what was the original “wonderpot” which was first published by Martha Stewart. I’ve adapted it further to include some veg.
This dish is delicious as is, but it would also be really yummy with some ground sausage, or sliced kielbasa. You could easily add in some uncooked shrimp to the pot if you wanted to keep things super simple!
